Ingredients : White truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 73%, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Suggestions: ideal for seasoning first courses. It is suggested to sauté the cream in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Storage: Once opened, the cream should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the fridge.

How is your extra virgin olive oil produced?
Our extra virgin olive oil is born from a tradition passed down for four generations. The olives, hand-picked in our olive groves between Martina Franca and Crispiano , are milled within 24 hours in our semi-underground mill , using a stone mill and cold pressing . This process preserves the polyphenols and antioxidants to the maximum, guaranteeing a very high quality oil, with an authentic and genuine taste.
Are your products 100% Italian?
Yes! All our products, from extra virgin olive oil to wines, pasta and condiments, are made with Italian raw materials, grown and processed in the heart of Puglia.
What is the shelf life of extra virgin olive oil?
To best preserve its properties, we recommend keeping it in a cool, dark place, away from heat sources and direct light.
