Ceramica vivace Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250 ml

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from monocultivar "coratina" olives, hand-picked in the heart of Puglia, selected, intact and fresh at the initial ripening time. The immediate milling, with stone millstone, and pressing of the olives are carried out cold by very slow crushing.

Decantation, maturation and refinement of the oil take place underground. Thus was born the 100% ITALIAN "Vivace" Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a first cold-pressed oil, rich in polyphenols (antioxidants)
